— Framer: editing, publishing and delivery of the website, together with the traffic measurement built into the platform
— Formspark: delivery of the contact form
— Tally: submission form, embedded in the website in an iframe
— Google Analytics: measurement of website traffic
No data collected through this website is sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention periods
Data submitted through the forms is retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, then archived or deleted in accordance with the retention periods set by Étude et Réalisation d’Assurances and with the statutory retention obligations applicable to it.
Traffic data is retained for the periods applied by the traffic measurement tools in use.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
